2009 Thailand Mission Team

The LORD is at work!!! Today was an awesome day. We prayer walk from 9-10 and then teach English from 10-12pm. One team had children waiting on them when they got to their station at 9am. We ended up sending one team member out so the rest of them could stay behind and teach English. Children just kept coming and coming and coming!!!!! We told 9 children the creation story all the way up through the Good News!!! Several of them said they want to go to the heaven (that's the way Thai people say it). We called in some re-inforcements and ended up taking the children to Mark and Lisa's house. By that time, we had about 12 children. We played games and taught them English. Our 3 minute English turned into 3 hour English. Each team has some really great stories to tell. It's late tonight so we are planning on posting pictures of 3 minute English tomorrow during our free time.

We also went for bike rides today around the city and we celebrated Mark's birthday with ice cream cake. Tomorrow is our last day of prayer walking and 3 minute English. Tomorrow night we will go back to the church we worshiped at on Sunday and have some more Follow Jesus lessons. Sa wat dee!!
